Launching:The launching of the song “ I WILL BE THERE” will take place in Nigeria West Africa by His Excellency President Umar Musa Yar’ Adua president of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Other special guest are President of other Countries, Government Officials, Ministers, Diplomatic Cores, International Organizations, NGOs, Civil Society, Industrial Unions, Financial sectors, Private Sectors , The invitation shall be forwarded to we be expecting to be part of this occasion (3) three months before then.
Date: the launching date shall be put to notice (3) three month before the date , and every one expected shall be contacted by email and there code shall be given to enable them access and logon to print there invitation.
Arrival Date:Every information to the arrival date shall also be found on our website.
Closing Date:Soul music inc on it invitation shall indicate the closing date of the event on it invitation to all special guest.
Official Airline:Soul Music, Inc. shall also release the name of the airline that would be the official carriers of the guest from all over the world to the event.
Hotels:
We shall also release the names of the hotels that will host our guest from all part the world. Five stars hotels are the top hotels that Soul Music Inc will sign contract with to host our delegates and guest.
Artists:
Other artists of the day shall include Local and International stars that are to join in the in the campaign against HIV/AIDS.
